Fiat Group Automobiles UK Ltd offers the Fiat Professional Assistance Service (in the Countries and according to the methods shown in the owner’s policy information) for a period of 36 months from date of first registration in the UK.
The Fiat Professional Assistance Service for customers is guaranteed 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
If you require the services which are provided, you should dial the Universal Freephone number 00800 3428 0000, which can be reached free of charge in the UK, and select option 1 - Roadside Assistance. (Calls from certain mobile phones and public telephones in some European countries may be charged according to the rates applied by the telephone operator.)

AA Assurance is an insured service provided by the Automobile Association, on a free of charge basis for a period of 3 years from the date of first registration of your new Fiat Professional Vehicle on or after 1st January 2011 until 28th February 2013.
AA Assurance is provided through FGA Wholesale UK Limited who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority for General Insurance.
AA Assurance has been designed to minimise any interruption to your journey caused by a problem with your van and the associated inconvenience to you and your passengers.
In the unlikely event of a breakdown or accident, AA Assurance cover gives you access to the resources of the AA and the Fiat dealer network. The AA , with over 3,500 patrols, using the latest technology, are on hand, through their specialist call handling staff, to ensure a fast response to your call. Whichever level of service you need, from Roadside Assistance through to Relay Plus, AA Assurance helps to ensure that you have access to Europe’s largest motoring organisation at all times.

If your van is immobilised at the roadside, the first priority is to get you mobile again, as quickly as possible. In most cases, the problem will be diagnosed and fixed at the roadside. Where this is not possible, you can call upon the additional services of Relay and Relay Plus.
If your van is immobilised at home, whether due to a flat battery, or something more serious, AA Assurance is ready to respond to your call for assistance.
Van recovery, with up to seven passengers, and relay to back to the nearest Fiat Dealer or any other single location within the UK.
An extension of Relay, providing a number of options to help you find the most convenient way to continue your journey in the event that your van is temporarily immobilised – options to choose from include either emergency car hire for up to 48 hours, alternative travel arrangements, or overnight accommodation.
Available in conjunction with Relay Plus, allowing the vehicle’s load to be delivered to one UK destination within the UK mainland if the vehicle is immobilised and a local repair cannot be arranged within a reasonable time.
